Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ) is a mandatory short course for anyone who needs to sell or supply alcohol in New Zealand hospitality venues. The course covers the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, host responsibility requirements, and duties of managers of licensed premises. It is delivered online via interactive live tuition or on campus in Auckland. On completion, students earn NZQA credits and a certificate required for application to become a certified manager of licensed alcohol premises.
