The Certificate in Spirits, Cocktails, and Bartending (Micro-Credential) provides practical, hands-on training in bartending, product knowledge, as well as customer service and communication skills for people wishing to work in bars and restaurants. The course focuses on classic cocktails and responsible service of alcohol, building knowledge and skills aligned with industry standards and the Sale of Alcohol Act 2012.
