The New Zealand Certificate in Food & Beverage, Barista, Wine & Spirits (Level 4) provides comprehensive training in coffee making, restaurant and café service, wine knowledge, bartending and mixology, compliance, and employment obligations. The course is designed for those starting a career in hospitality and event management, focusing on both the practical and theoretical skills needed for front-of-house and beverage service roles.
