Provide advice on and process reservations for international cruises, tours, and popular tourist destinations including Europe and the UK.
The New Zealand Certificate in Travel (Level 4) is designed to prepare students for junior consultancy roles in the travel and tourism sector. The programme covers areas such as customer service, travel industry systems, workplace practices, travel regions and geography, enabling graduates to deliver professional product advice and sales support within travel-related businesses.
