Apply advanced communication, literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving skills to grow and maintain customer relationships and provide product advice.

Demonstrate self-management, teamwork, and compliance with industry Acts and legislation required for the travel sector.

This 12-month programme builds on foundational tourism knowledge and provides advanced skills in travel and tourism operations. Students learn about international air travel, booking systems, cruise ships, travel industry legal requirements, and advanced selling techniques. Industry placements and practical experience complement the online learning format, with support offered at multiple regional campuses. Graduates will be well-equipped to deliver professional customer service, apply detailed travel industry knowledge, and contribute to business effectiveness in travel and tourism roles.
