Bachelor's degree or graduate certificate or graduate diploma in a cognate subject; OR
Postgraduate Certificate in Applied Professional Studies (Adult Teaching); OR
Post-secondary school diploma at NZQA Level 7 or equivalent in a related discipline with a recognised tertiary provider; AND
At least two years relevant practical experience with two written references (employer and character);
