What You're Signing Up For

The Bachelor of Education (Teaching) Early Childhood Education at Bethlehem Tertiary Institute is designed for those called to educate and care for young children. Students learn to teach infants, toddlers, and young children in various early childhood contexts with NZ’s Te Whāriki curriculum, integrating faith-based learning, research-led practices, and engagement with Māori and bicultural environments. Graduates gain the skills needed for teacher registration and are supported by a relational learning community.
