What you need to know first

40 credits at NCEA Level 1 or above, including 10 Literacy credits and 10 Numeracy credits

New Zealand Certificate in Sport, Recreation and Exercise (Multi-sector) (Level 3)

A relevant qualification at NZQF Level 2

A recognised equivalent

Special admission for applicants 20+ years without usual requirements

Discretionary admission possible for applicants under 20 not meeting standard requirements

Proof of English proficiency (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent) for non-native English speakers

Police vetting may be required for certain industry/community partner activities
