This NZ Certificate is designed for workshop technicians and rental services personnel in the snowsport sector. The qualification develops foundation skills and knowledge to ensure people are safely equipped for mountain recreation activities. Study is workplace-based, with core modules in customer service, equipment knowledge, and health and safety, plus electives in either workshop technician or rental specialisations.
