If you’re at secondary school and want to learn some practical, hands-on skills that will help you on your career pathway, the OSTC Sport, Exercise and Health course is the ideal introduction. This Level 3 programme offers students a taste of diverse areas in sport, exercise, and health, including personal fitness, coaching, nutrition, and working in the fitness industry. Delivery is on-campus in Dunedin, with opportunities for gym-based learning and involvement with the local community. Suitable as a stepping stone for further qualifications and a wide range of health and sport-related careers.
