This NZ Certificate is designed for people seeking to gain foundational knowledge in tikanga Māori within the speciality of waka ama (outrigger canoeing). What you need to know first

Completion of Te Pōkaitahi Reo Māori (Reo Rua) | NZ Certificate in Te Reo Māori (Level 2) or equivalent qualification.

Acceptable fluency in te reo Māori or English (as determined via interview for international students).
