Apply common theories and models to lead, deliver, and assess youth development projects.
What You're Signing Up For
This Level 4 short programme is designed for support workers wishing to lead youth development projects safely and professionally. It focuses on creating safe environments, demonstrating ethical behaviour in youth work, and planning, implementing, and evaluating youth development projects. Successful learners will gain supplementary skills recognised on their NZQA Record of Achievement.
