What You're Signing Up For
This qualification is designed for adults with an intellectual disability requiring specialised support to develop life skills and workplace readiness. Graduates will be able to self-manage meaningful participation in social, cultural, family/whānau and community contexts, and extend these skills to workplace and learning environments with support. The programme incorporates NZQA Supported Learning unit standards, focusing on personal growth, confidence, decision-making, literacy and numeracy, and practical life and work experience.
