What You're Signing Up For

Primarily designed for Pacific workers and those engaged with Pacific communities, the Certificate of Proficiency in Pacific Nutrition teaches the impact of food choices on health. The course trains participants to adapt traditional foods to be healthier, provides comprehensive nutrition education across all ages, and prepares learners to share these skills within their communities and workplaces. Delivered in partnership with the Heart Foundation, the course emphasizes practical learning, group activities, and assessments focused on real-world community health needs.
