The Master of Organisational Psychology (MOrgPsych) is designed to provide students with advanced knowledge and skills regarding human behaviour in the workplace. The programme includes both taught and research options, covering applied organisational psychology topics as well as quantitative and qualitative research methods. Graduates are well-prepared for roles in industry, consulting, and government, or progression to a PhD.

A relevant Bachelor’s degree with a major in psychology or equivalent
Meet the University of Auckland entry requirements for postgraduate study
A Grade Point Average (GPA) of 5.0 or higher in the first 60 points of taught courses prior to thesis enrolment
Completion of the University of Auckland Academic Integrity Course
