The Bachelor of Theology (BTheol) at the University of Otago is a three-year, full-time (or equivalent part-time) undergraduate programme focusing on the academic study of theology. The degree may be endorsed in Biblical Studies, Christian Thought and History, or Pastoral Studies and can be completed through on-campus or distance learning. Students undertake a variety of learning experiences taught by research-active scholars and develop critical and integrative skills across the range of subject areas within Theology.
