This Diploma offers people who hold a bachelor's degree in a different area the opportunity to study science in-depth. It is intended for those looking to qualify for entry to postgraduate science qualifications, change careers, or extend/upgrade existing qualifications. Students select courses from a wide set of science disciplines and must complete at least 120 points, with a focus at 300-level.

Course Content

  • Study at least 120 points from Science subjects
  • Complete 90 points at 300-level including at least 60 points in a single subject
  • Available subjects include: Astronomy, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Geography, Geology, Linguistics, Mathematics, Medicinal Chemistry, Philosophy, Physics, Psychology, Statistics

What you need to know first

A bachelor's degree (not required to be in science).
