What You're Signing Up For

The Master of Engineering Management from UC Online is a flexible, part-time programme tailored for engineers seeking to develop core management, leadership, and business competencies relevant to leadership roles within the engineering sector. Covering topics such as project management, organisational strategy, sustainability, knowledge management, and communication, students will undertake both coursework and an industry-focused research project. The programme is delivered fully online, enabling working professionals to integrate study with existing commitments. Early exit with the PGDipEM is available.

What you need to know first

Bachelor of Engineering with Honours, Bachelor of Science with Honours, or equivalent qualification with GPA of at least 4 in 300-level+ courses and completion of academic/non-academic requirements

OR Bachelor of Engineering Technology with at least five years of professional engineering experience

OR Chartered Professional Engineer status or professional experience recognised under the Washington Accord

If English is an additional language, must meet UC's English language requirements (e.g., IELTS Academic 7.0 overall, no band below 6.5)
