What you need to know first
NCEA Level 2, including 12 credits in Level 1 Mathematics
OR New Zealand Certificate in Study and Career Preparation (Level 3) Health Pathway or equivalent
OR assessed equivalent qualification (e.g., International Baccalaureate, Cambridge Examination)
Alternative entry via evidence of literacy, numeracy, and ability to study at Level 5 (via other study, work, or life experience)
IELTS Academic 6.5 (no band lower than 6.5) for non-native English speakers
Consent to Disclosure of Information (Police check)
Current First Aid Certificate (Red Cross Comprehensive or St John’s Workplace)
Two referee reports
Personal statement on motivation for a nursing career
MRSA clearance for clinical placements
Uniform purchase required
