Blending Nursing Council competencies with tikanga, kaupapa, rangahau, and rongoā Māori, students undertake both theoretical and practical learning—including clinical placements. Graduates are work-ready and prepared for registration as a nurse in New Zealand.

University Entrance (NCEA Level 3): Three Level 3 subjects (14 credits each), Level 2 Literacy (10 credits), Level 1 Numeracy (10 credits), and at least 12 credits in Biology/Chemistry/Physics/Science.
OR NCEA Level 2: 80 credits including English/Te Reo Maaori and science/mathematics requirements.
OR Cambridge International: 120 UCAS Tariff points and required subjects.
OR IB Diploma: 24 points minimum and required subjects.
OR work/life experience (for 20+ applicants) or prior study in a nursing programme.
Interview required; health and police checks mandatory; referee reports; must meet English language competence requirements (IELTS 6.5 across all bands or equivalent).
