EIT’s Bachelor of Nursing prepares students to enter practice as a registered nurse. The programme balances theoretical studies with nursing practice in acute and community settings. You will develop professional nursing knowledge, practice skills, and leadership, with a strong foundation in science, research, and health equity. Graduates are eligible to apply for registration with the New Zealand Nursing Council and are highly employable in the health sector.

University Entrance as defined by NZQA; or equivalent alternative academic requirements

Evidence of required immunisations (COVID-19 recommended, pertussis, MMR, varicella, hepatitis B)

Ministry of Justice Criminal Conviction record

Health declaration

English language requirements for non-native speakers: IELTS 6.5 (no band lower than 6.5) or equivalent
