The Graduate Certificate in Arts at AUT is intended for students with a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) who wish to develop or extend skills in new disciplines. Choose from study areas including education, Māori development, hospitality, tourism management, creative writing, event management, interpreting and translation, Māori media, psychology, and more. The programme is flexible, requiring 60 points with at least 45 at level 7. Graduates are prepared for further postgraduate study or career advancement, and the interpreting/translation streams provide eligibility for NAATI certification tests.
