The Communication and Technology major at the University of Auckland prepares students for a world increasingly shaped by digital technologies. This major uniquely combines technical skills and cultural analysis, allowing students to develop digital projects and critically engage with the ethical, social, and political implications of technological change. Students will learn to communicate effectively across digital media, understand how communication technologies work, and examine issues of equity and access, including Indigenous perspectives.
