Core skills this course teaches

Work safely in a bicycle workshop
Operate safely in a workshop environment under limited supervision, selecting, using, and maintaining appropriate equipment and tools for routine bicycle service and repair tasks.

Service and assemble bicycle systems
Assemble, service, adjust, and test a range of bicycle systems and componentry in accordance with legislation, safety, and industry standards.

Perform warranty and routine servicing
Carry out warranty and routine servicing requirements based on manufacturer specifications to fulfill retailer obligations.

- Two practical, fortnight-long block courses
- 140 hours of industry work experience
