Students learn the impact of legal precedent, case law, and legislation as it applies to land and property. The course covers how legal rights in land and property can be created and modified, use of online legal databases for research, and interpretation of cases, legislation, and regulations. Students will also recognise common legal issues and mechanisms for protecting, documenting, and registering interests in land and property.
