What You're Signing Up For

This Level 3 certificate is designed for intermediate English speakers intending to continue with further English language or subject study. It helps deepen your skills in academic English through instruction by experienced tutors, group work, contact with native speakers, and self-directed learning. Graduates will be able to participate in academic conversation, understand moderately complex spoken and written texts, and write academic essays on familiar topics. Pathways to the Level 4 Academic certificate and further study are available.

What you need to know first

New Zealand Certificate in English Language (General) (Level 3) or equivalent.

Placement test on arrival for correct level placement.

International students require a visa for study over three months.
