What you need to know first

Minimum one year’s work experience with computer network technology, information security or related field OR Certificate in ICT Level 4 or higher

Knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols, network equipment, operating systems installation and maintenance

Access to a laptop/desktop with internet and web browser, minimum screen size 10 inches

Must be older than 18 years of age

For international students: IELTS level 5.5 with no band lower than 5 within last two years
