  • Database Concepts: use of data in organizations, database management principles, database design, relational DB administration, creation and use of small databases
  • Technology Support: IT service standards and service desk best practices, troubleshooting, system and application management, continuous improvement processes

NCEA Level 2 or equivalent academic entry

English language proficiency (IELTS 5.5 Academic, no band lower than 5.0)
