What You're Signing Up For
The Art of Chocolate Confectionery course teaches participants how to create chocolate confections from scratch—no experience necessary. Covering topics like chocolate quality, tempering, moulding, fillings, and decorative techniques, the course is delivered fully online with video resources and support from chef instructors. Upon completion, learners receive an International Culinary Studio Certificate of Achievement and a digital badge.
