Participants learn basic massage techniques including application to different body parts such as hands, feet, head, back, legs and arms. The course provides basics and insights into massage for potential further study or personal use, with a focus on practical skills to perform a full body massage. It is not physiotherapy but an ancient therapeutic practice of massage.
