What You're Signing Up For

This programme is designed for students interested in a health career, providing foundational knowledge for further study in health and wellbeing. Topics covered include anatomy and physiology, infection control, mental health and wellbeing, health across the lifespan, and the benefits of community and recreation. Students will also gain experience by contributing to a community project and visiting local organisations. The programme blends Level 2 and 3 credits, and prepares students for further studies such as the Te Ara Pūtake Level 4 Certificate.
