What You're Signing Up For

This is a specialised three-year degree designed to equip graduates with scientific understanding and practical skills in viticulture and oenology. Students gain in-depth knowledge of biology, chemistry, soils, wine production, wine quality assessment, pest and disease management, and wine sector business. The programme includes hands-on experience in vineyards, wineries, and related industries. Graduates are equipped for diverse roles across the wine industry, including viticulture, winemaking, marketing, and management.
