Communicate confidently and effectively with colleagues and customers in food and beverage service environments.

Follow standard operating procedures and handle familiar problems according to hospitality establishment protocols.
The New Zealand Certificate in Food and Beverage Service (Level 3) from UCOL provides learners with practical skills to work in cafés, restaurants, and hospitality functions. Emphasis is on health and safety, food safety, customer communication, barista skills, and restaurant service procedures.
