The Art of Coffee and Barista Service is a comprehensive short course that combines theory and practice in coffee making. Learn by doing in a state-of-the-art barista lab with guidance from a Master Barista tutor. Covering the entire coffee process from the bean to the cup, this programme prepares you for professional barista roles in the hospitality industry, which are in-demand worldwide. Suitable for those wanting to enter or upskill in cafés, restaurants, bars, and clubs.
What you need to know first
Open entry. There are no minimum academic requirements.
For domestic applicants for whom English is not their first language, evidence of language competency may be required.
