This seminar provides essential training for individuals preparing to work in or supervise licensed hospitality venues, with the goal of gaining a Duty Manager’s Certificate. Covering NZQA assessments, the course prepares learners to manage compliance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, host responsibility requirements, and associated licensing processes. Participants will gain practical and legal knowledge necessary for applying for their Manager’s Certificate and working within New Zealand's regulatory framework for alcohol sales.
