It will take a total of 17 weeks

Students will be able to describe and apply basic service operations in line with hospitality industry requirements.

Students will perform café and bar service including counter and table service, food preparation, and barista practice.

This hands-on programme provides students with work-ready skills for entry-level food and beverage service roles in the hospitality industry. Training is delivered through on-site cafe and restaurant facilities, practical work, and an industry placement, covering key café and bar functions. Graduates will be ready for entry-level roles in New Zealand and internationally. Open entry with specific English requirements for international students.
