Acquire hands-on skills in food and beverage service, customer relations, and operational aspects of hospitality.

Develop ability to provide exceptional guest experiences including complaint resolution and effective communication.

Gain knowledge of hospitality marketing strategies including digital marketing and sales techniques.
The NZ Certificate in Foundation Skills (Level 2) Hospitality Pathway is designed to meet the high demand for skilled hospitality staff in New Zealand and internationally. The programme offers hands-on practical learning led by experienced tutors in purpose-built facilities. It covers food and beverage management, customer service, marketing and sales, event management, hospitality finance, and technology applications in hospitality. This programme prepares students for entry-level roles and progression to higher-level certifications or other study pathways. It is open to domestic students aged 16-24 under Youth Guarantee and is not available to international students.
