Face-to-face learning in a physical classroom setting

It will take a total of 15 weeks

Develop teamwork, communication, food safety and hygiene, barista and beverage skills, and customer service for entry-level hospitality roles.

Gain knowledge in restaurant operations, advanced food hygiene and safety, food and beverage preparation, menu design, and enhanced customer service.

Learn host responsibility, workplace security, beverage knowledge, event setup and service, and effective workplace communication to prepare for supervisory positions.
This hospitality program at MSL Training offers practical, hands-on learning for students aspiring to enter or advance in the hospitality industry. The program consists of multiple levels, teaching teamwork, communication, food safety, barista skills, customer service, restaurant operations, food and beverage preparation, menu design, workplace communication, and supervisory skills. The program is designed for New Zealand residents and citizens and includes NZQA National Qualifications with recognized eligibility for zero fees or youth guarantee schemes at certain levels.
