The Certificate in Bar and Café Operations (Level 2) provides learners with foundational, hands-on skills needed for entry-level roles in the hospitality industry. The programme covers food safety, beverage preparation (including barista, cocktails, and mocktails), customer service, teamwork, problem solving, and cookery. It is designed as a pre-employment qualification and supports further progression in food, beverage, and hospitality service careers.

Must comply with Ministry of Health requirements.
