The course prepares graduates for supervisory and management roles within commercial kitchens and covers both management and advanced cookery strands. The course is delivered fully online but is only available to New Zealand residents and citizens.
What you need to know first
Must be a New Zealand Citizen or Resident.
Achieved NZ Certificate in Cookery Level 4, National Certificate Level 4 or equivalent, or demonstrated equivalent industry practical competence, knowledge, and experience to the programme manager.
