The Finance specialisation in AUT's Bachelor of Business (Honours) prepares graduates to address contemporary issues in finance through impactful research. Students develop in-depth knowledge in financial theory, research methods, and empirical analysis across topics such as financial literacy and inclusion, behavioural and sustainable finance, corporate finance and governance, fund management, fintech, international finance, and financial markets. The programme includes core courses, research methods, and a major dissertation, with access to leading finance academics and the Auckland Centre for Financial Research.
