What You're Signing Up For
The Bachelor of Climate Change at the University of Waikato prepares students to tackle the critical global issue of climate change by exploring its scientific foundations, environmental impacts, policy responses, and social dimensions. The programme integrates Mātauranga Māori and Indigenous worldviews, and culminates in a multidisciplinary group project in collaboration with external organisations, developing real-world solutions for a low-carbon future. Graduates are equipped for environmentally focused careers requiring critical thinking, cross-disciplinary expertise, and cultural competency.
