What You're Signing Up For
This short course imparts critical knowledge for identifying and working within explosive atmospheres and hazardous areas, with particular emphasis on classifying hazardous zones, understanding hazardous materials, and the relevant duties, standards, and regulations. Students cover practical skills for identifying hazards, sources of ignition, classification of apparatus, and legal compliance. Successful participants will achieve NZQA Unit Standard 5929.
