Demonstrate Stage One and Two electrical practical competencies
Successfully perform and demonstrate required electrical practical skills to the standards mandated by the EWRB for registration.

Apply first aid and CPR knowledge in the workplace
Demonstrate basic first aid and CPR skills as part of electrical worker safety requirements (Stage One).

Work safely using appropriate PPE and tools
Comply with safety regulations, correctly use personal protective equipment and approved tools for electrical tasks.
What You're Signing Up For
This short course is for electrical worker candidates who have been advised by the EWRB of their eligibility to be assessed for Stage One and Two Practical Skills. Designed to assess the practical skills gained on the job or in prior training for those wanting to meet the standards required by the Electrical Workers Registration Board for New Zealand Registration. Assessment covers practical workplace skills; Stage One includes Basic First Aid and CPR. This is an assessment-only programme and does not include instruction or lectures. Successful participants receive an assessment transcript of skills met towards EWRB competencies.
