This Electrical Workers Registration Board (EWRB) approved course prepares candidates for the regulations and theory exams and offers practical skills assessments (Electrician Stages 1, 2, and 3), as well as safety and First Aid training. It is a 30-week evening block course aimed at helping learners partially fulfill requirements for the Electrical Installer class of registration. The course is designed for electrical workers seeking the EWRB registration and covers practical skills, safety protocols, and exam preparation. Practical skills are assessed during the course, but theory and regulation exams are not included. Completion allows Unitec to submit assessment records to EWRB and confirm eligibility for EWRB exams at ASPEQ.
