What You're Signing Up For
This master's degree equips aspiring and practising educational leaders with advanced knowledge and skills in educational leadership, organizational change and development, research methodologies, and critical reflection. The programme emphasizes supporting change, innovation, and improvement within educational settings while deepening the understanding of educational theory and research. Students choose a combination of core, research, and option papers tailored to their interests. The programme may be completed full-time over two years or part-time over four years.
