The Postgraduate Certificate in Youth and Community Leadership (PGCertYACL) is designed to create proactive responders and innovators of change. Students will develop a personal leadership identity, gain practical action skills, and learn strategies for improving issues faced by youth and communities. The programme includes collaborative learning, practical applications, and virtual engagement with local iwi and charitable organisations. It is available part-time and entirely by distance learning, with a pathway to further postgraduate study.
What you need to know first
A bachelor's degree from Aotearoa New Zealand or a graduate diploma with an average B Grade Point Average or better
Other qualifications of an equivalent standard may be accepted
