  • Module 1: Te Pakiaka o te tōtara – Establishing mentor relationships
  • Module 2: Te Taitea o te tōtara – Applying Māori mentoring principles and Te Tiriti in mentoring
  • Module 3: Te Taikaha o te tōtara – Ako: Listening for Learning skills
  • Module 4: Te Taikaha o te tōtara – Wānanga: Types of feedback and educative mentoring approaches
  • Module 5: Te Karamatamata o te tōtara – Facilitating learning conversations and professional goal setting
  • Assessment via quizzes (15%), forum participation (20%), and final assessment (65%)
