What You're Signing Up For

The MMCT at Waikato deepens your knowledge and creative practice across screen and media studies. You will work with renowned academics to develop projects spanning short film, documentary, animation, photography, AI, VR, scriptwriting, online content, podcasts, and multimedia installations. The program provides hands-on, collaborative experience, technical expertise, and advanced creative skills, preparing graduates for leadership in the dynamic creative industries. Exposure to research skills and critical methodologies further builds readiness for a range of media careers or further academic study. The programme is offered at the Hamilton campus and can be started in March or July.
