What You're Signing Up For
The Bachelor of Screen Arts – Concept Art and Design Major develops your creativity and technical skills for designing rich storytelling experiences in screen media. Blending 2D and 3D art, storyboarding, digital and studio drawing, world building, and transmedia project work, you’ll prepare for innovative roles in the screen, animation, and entertainment sectors. Delivered in HyFlex mode (onsite and online), with strong industry connections and portfolio development.

What you need to know first
University Entrance (NCEA Level 3) including 14 credits each in three approved subjects, literacy (10 credits at Level 2 or above), and numeracy (10 credits at Level 1 or above)
Portfolio submission
Applicants over 20 years: Evidence of aptitude or appropriate experience (mature entry considered)
Special admission possible for applicants under 20 who demonstrate potential and preparatory study
Interview and reference requirements may apply
